We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards for online or telephone orders. Cash or checks may be used for local pick up.
Your credit card will be charged upon shipment of each order.
In compliance with New York State law, Red Thread Confections is required to collect sales tax for all orders shipped to New York State addresses.

Every possible care is taken to make sure that each order will arrive in good condition.
Red Thread Confections will gladly refund or reship any order not received in satisfactory condition. You MUST contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide documentation of the problem. Please call (518-439-3598) or email (info@redthreadconfections.com) with your concerns.
However, Red Thread Confections is not responsible for orders misdelivered due to inaccurate shipping information given to us, or due to mishandling of your shipment after delivery. Please notify the recipient at each delivery address to expect a package.
Chocolate melts at relatively low temperatures. If your package is left out in the sun for any length of time, it can EASILY melt. Red Thread Confections is not responsible for chocolates left out unattended in the elements after delivery.
Warm Weather Shipping is in Effect:
Warm weather shipping is in effect from May through October. In addition to the shipping rates in the table below, all orders will also be charged an additional $2.95 to cover the costs of our insulated shipping containers and ice packs. So that your order doesn't languish in a hot warehouse all weekend, we are only able to ship packages Monday through Wednesday. Any order placed after 4:00pm (Eastern Standard Time) on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday (excluding holidays).
*VERY IMPORTANT* It is highly recommended that the recipient be home to accept the package. Please be sure to notify the recipient at each delivery address to expect a package. Red Thread Confections is not responsible for melted chocolates due to the package having been left out in the elements after delivery.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses:
Sending to more than one address? Let Red Thread Confections send your gifts for you - send us an email listing the additional addresses. *Please note* that your credit card will incur an extra charge to cover the shipping costs to each address. Packages will not be mailed until the extra charges are approved by the customer.
Standard Shipping:
Red Thread Confections ships via Priority Mail anywhere within the United States, including P.O Boxes and Saturday delivery. Unfortunately, we can not accomodate international orders at this time.
Standard shipping arrives within 2-3 days of purchase. Arrival dates are guidelines only, based on information given to us by the US Postal Service. Some shipments may arrive earlier or later than estimated.
